Account

Go to /register and fill in your full name, email address, mobile number, and a strong password. You'll receive an OTP on your phone to verify your number — enter it, and your account is ready. The whole process takes under three minutes. No need to download anything, you can do it straight from your mobile browser.

You must be at least 21 years old to register and play at Earn PH. This is a strict, non-negotiable requirement under Philippine gaming regulations. Age is verified during the KYC process — any account found to be operated by a minor will be permanently closed.

No. Each player is only allowed one account. Creating multiple accounts violates our Terms and Conditions. If duplicate accounts are detected, all associated accounts and balances may be suspended. If you've lost access to your existing account, contact support — don't create a new one.

Log in, go to your Account Settings, and select Identity Verification. Upload a clear photo of a valid government-issued ID — PhilSys ID, passport, driver's licence, SSS/GSIS ID, Voter's ID, or PRC ID — along with a selfie holding the ID. Verification is usually completed within a few hours on weekdays.

Log in and go to Account Settings. You can update your email address, mobile number, and communication preferences there. Note that your legal name and date of birth cannot be changed after KYC verification — these are locked to your verified identity. If there's a genuine error, contact support with supporting documentation.
Deposits

Earn PH accepts: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay and PESONet bank transfers, BDO / BPI / UnionBank online banking, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. All transactions are processed in Philippine Pesos (₱). See the full guide on our Deposit and Withdrawal page.

The minimum deposit at Earn PH is ₱100 for GCash and Maya. For bank transfers via InstaPay/PESONet, the minimum may vary depending on your bank's interbank transfer limits. There is no maximum deposit limit — for large deposits, please ensure your KYC verification is complete.

GCash and Maya deposits are credited instantly — usually within seconds. GrabPay and Coins.ph take up to 5 minutes. InstaPay transfers typically arrive within 15 minutes. PESONet transfers may take up to one banking day. If your deposit hasn't reflected after the expected time, take a screenshot of your transaction confirmation and contact support.

Earn PH does not charge any fees on deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees — for example, some banks charge a small fee for InstaPay transfers. Check your bank's fee schedule for details. GCash-to-GCash transfers are typically free.
Withdrawals

Log in, go to the Cashier section, and select Withdraw. Choose your preferred payment method, enter the amount you want to cash out, and confirm. Make sure your account is KYC-verified and the receiving e-wallet or bank account is registered in your name — withdrawals to third-party accounts are not allowed.

GCash and Maya withdrawals are processed within 1–4 hours. Bank transfers via InstaPay arrive within a few hours; PESONet transfers take up to one banking day. Withdrawals requested on weekends or holidays may be processed the next banking day. You'll receive a notification once your cashout has been sent.

The minimum withdrawal is ₱200. Maximum single withdrawal limits depend on your account verification level and the payment method used. Fully KYC-verified accounts have higher cashout limits. Contact support if you need to process a large withdrawal above the standard limit.

Common reasons include: incomplete KYC verification, an unmet wagering requirement on a bonus, a mismatch between your account name and the receiving account name, or a pending security review. Check the notification email we sent — it will specify the reason. You can also contact live chat for immediate clarification.
Betting & Games

Earn PH covers PBA Betting, Basketball Betting (NBA, FIBA, international leagues), Sports Betting (football, boxing, MMA, volleyball), Roulette (European, American, live dealer), Tongits, and Card Games including Baccarat, Blackjack, and Pusoy. New games are added regularly.

Yes — Earn PH offers live in-play betting on PBA games. Odds update in real time as the game progresses. You can bet on things like the next scoring play, quarter results, or the final winner while the game is actively being played. Minimum bet amounts vary by game and market. For most sports and PBA betting markets, the minimum is ₱20. For card games like Tongits, the minimum buy-in for real-money tables starts at ₱50. Roulette minimum bets start from ₱10 per spin. These minimums make Earn PH accessible even for casual, budget-conscious players.

Yes. All casino games at Earn PH use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) that is regularly audited by an independent testing laboratory. Live dealer games are streamed from professional studios with real physical equipment. Sports betting outcomes are determined by real sporting events — we have no influence over match results.
Bonuses & Promotions

New Earn PH players receive a ₱500 welcome bonus plus a 100% match on your first deposit up to ₱2,000. So if you deposit ₱2,000, you'll have ₱4,000 to play with. A wagering requirement means you need to bet a certain multiple of the bonus amount before you can withdraw it. For example, a ₱500 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement means you must place ₱5,000 in total bets before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash. Responsible Gaming

Go to Account Settings > Responsible Gaming > Deposit Limits. You can set daily, weekly, or monthly limits. Lowering a limit takes effect immediately. Increasing a limit requires a 24-hour cooling-off period. You can also set session time reminders and betting loss limits from the same menu.

Go to Account Settings > Responsible Gaming > Self-Exclusion. Choose a period: 6 months, 1 year, or permanent. Your account will be locked for that duration — this cannot be reversed early. Your account balance remains safe throughout the exclusion period. You can also use the "Take a Break" option for shorter pauses of 24 hours to 30 days.
