1 General Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and Earn PH ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"). By accessing or using the Earn PH website at earnph.my and any of its associated services — including sports betting, casino games, Tongits, roulette, and card games — you accept these Terms in full.
These Terms are written in English as used in the Philippines (en-PH). All monetary references are in Philippine pesos (₱, PHP) unless otherwise stated. Earn PH operates exclusively in the Philippine market and is subject to applicable Philippine laws and regulations.
Earn PH reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time. The effective date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any change constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
2 Eligibility
Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account and use any services offered by Earn PH. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years old or above. Earn PH takes its age verification obligations seriously and may request valid Philippine government-issued identification at any time to confirm eligibility.
If Earn PH determines that an account was opened by a person under the legal age of 18, the account will be immediately closed, all winnings will be forfeited, and any deposits made will be returned where technically feasible and permitted by regulation.
Geographic Eligibility
Earn PH is operated and licensed to serve players located in the Philippines. If you access the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited or requires a local licence that Earn PH does not hold, you do so at your own risk and Earn PH accepts no liability for any legal consequences arising from such access.
Legal Capacity
You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law. If you are acting under any kind of legal guardian arrangement or are otherwise restricted in your legal capacity, you may not use Earn PH.
3 Account Registration
One Account Rule
Each individual player is permitted to maintain only one active account on Earn PH. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, email address, phone number, device, IP address, or payment method — is strictly prohibited. Earn PH uses automated and manual checks to detect duplicate accounts.
If duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts associated with the same individual may be suspended or permanently closed. Balances and winnings across all duplicate accounts may be consolidated and/or forfeited depending on the circumstances of the violation.
Account Information
You are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, contact details, and any other information requested. You must notify Earn PH promptly if any of your registered details change.
Providing false information — including using another person's identity — constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of funds, and potential reporting to relevant authorities.
Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. Earn PH will never ask for your password through any communication channel. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact our support team immediately.
Important: Any activity carried out through your account — including bets placed and withdrawals initiated — is considered to be your own unless you have reported unauthorised access to Earn PH before such activity occurred.
4 Deposits
All deposits to your Earn PH account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and will be returned where possible. If a deposit from a third-party source cannot be returned, the funds may be forfeited.
Accepted Payment Methods
Earn PH accepts deposits through the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, Coins.ph, BDO Online Banking, BPI Online Banking, UnionBank Online, InstaPay, PESONet, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards issued by Philippine banks.
Deposit Limits and Processing
Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed clearly within the deposit section of your account. Earn PH reserves the right to adjust deposit limits at any time. Most e-wallet deposits are credited instantly. Bank transfers may take up to one business day to reflect in your Earn PH balance.
Earn PH does not charge processing fees on deposits, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges. Check with your payment provider before depositing.
All transactions are in Philippine pesos (₱). No foreign currency conversion is required or applied at any point on the Earn PH platform.
5 Withdrawals
Withdrawals from your Earn PH account will only be processed to a payment method registered in your own name and matching the details on file for your account. This is a security requirement and also serves as an anti-money laundering measure in line with Philippine regulatory standards.
Verification Before Withdrawal
Earn PH may require account verification before processing your first withdrawal or any withdrawal above a specified threshold. Verification typically involves submitting a copy of a valid Philippine government-issued ID and, in some cases, proof of the payment method used for deposit. Earn PH aims to complete verification reviews within 24 to 48 hours on business days.
Withdrawal Processing Times
Once approved, withdrawals to GCash and Maya are generally processed within a few hours. Bank transfers via InstaPay typically arrive within one business day. PESONet transfers may take up to two business days. Earn PH does not impose unnecessary holds on legitimate withdrawal requests.
Withdrawal Restrictions
Funds that have been credited as bonus amounts may not be withdrawn until the associated wagering requirements have been met. Only real money funds (deposits and cleared winnings) are eligible for withdrawal unless a specific bonus promotion states otherwise.
6 Betting Rules
By placing a bet on Earn PH, you confirm that you understand the rules of the market you are wagering on. Earn PH provides rule descriptions within each game and betting category. It is your responsibility to read and understand these rules before placing your stake.
Bet Acceptance
All bets are accepted at the discretion of Earn PH. A bet is not confirmed until you receive a written confirmation in your bet history. In the case of a technical error that prevents confirmation, the bet is considered void and your stake will be returned.
Odds and Prices
Odds offered on Earn PH are subject to change up to the point of bet acceptance. The odds at the time your bet is confirmed are the odds that will apply to that wager. For live in-play markets, odds update continuously and the price confirmed at acceptance is final.
Voided Bets
Earn PH reserves the right to void bets in circumstances including but not limited to: manifest errors in odds or market configuration, events that are cancelled or abandoned, clear evidence of match manipulation, and technical failures that resulted in incorrect bet placement. In all void cases, the original stake amount is returned to the player's account.
Postponed and Abandoned Events
If a sporting event is postponed before it begins, all pre-match bets are voided and stakes returned. If a game is abandoned after it has started, the outcome is determined according to the rules of the specific market as stated in the product rules. Live bets already resolved before the abandonment stand.
7 Bonuses and Promotions
Earn PH offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players from time to time. These include welcome bonuses on first deposits, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and event-specific promotions tied to major sporting events such as the PBA Commissioner's Cup, NBA Playoffs, and UAAP basketball season.
Wagering Requirements
All bonuses issued by Earn PH are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. The wagering requirement specifies how many times the bonus amount (or the bonus plus deposit, depending on the offer) must be turned over in qualifying bets before the bonus funds can be withdrawn as cash. Specific wagering requirements are stated clearly in each individual promotion's terms.
Bonus Eligibility
Bonuses are generally available to one player per household, IP address, device, or payment method. Earn PH reserves the right to limit or withdraw bonus eligibility from any player suspected of creating multiple accounts or exploiting bonus offers in bad faith.
Bonus Expiry
All bonuses carry an expiry period, typically 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified. Any bonus balance that has not been cleared through the required wagering within the expiry period will be removed from the account without notice.

8 Fair Play and Fraud Prevention
Earn PH is committed to providing a fair gaming environment for all players. Any activity that undermines the integrity of the platform — whether through technical exploitation, collusion with other players, or manipulation of game outcomes — is a serious breach of these Terms.
Prohibited Activities
- Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes
- Using software, bots, or automated tools to gain an unfair advantage
- Exploiting software errors or glitches to place bets or claim winnings that would not otherwise be available
- Arbitrage betting strategies specifically designed to abuse welcome bonus offers
- Providing false information during registration or verification
- Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent or illegal means
- Attempting to launder money through the platform in any way
Consequences
If Earn PH has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has engaged in any of the above prohibited activities, the platform reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close the account, void all associated bets and winnings, withhold any outstanding balance pending investigation, and report the matter to relevant regulatory and law enforcement authorities as required under Philippine law.
9 Account Suspension and Closure
Suspension by Earn PH
Earn PH may suspend or close an account at any time without prior notice if there is reason to believe the account is being used in violation of these Terms, or if required to do so by regulatory or legal obligation. Where an account is closed due to player misconduct, outstanding balances may be withheld pending investigation.
Voluntary Closure
Players may request the closure of their Earn PH account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining balance after satisfying all applicable wagering requirements will be returned to the player through their registered payment method, subject to standard verification requirements.
Dormant Accounts
An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a period of twelve consecutive months. Earn PH may apply an inactivity fee or notify the player of pending closure. Players with dormant accounts are encouraged to log in and verify their status before any balance adjustment occurs.
10 Responsible Gaming
Earn PH takes responsible gaming seriously. Gaming is meant to be a form of entertainment — not a way to solve financial problems or a compulsive activity. We actively provide tools to help players maintain control of their gaming behaviour.
Tools Available to Players
- Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much you can deposit
- Loss limits: Define a maximum amount you are comfortable losing over a set period
- Session time limits: Receive notifications when you have been playing for a specified duration
- Cool-down period: Take a short break from the platform of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days
- Self-exclusion: Request a longer exclusion of 3, 6, or 12 months, or an indefinite exclusion

11 Privacy and Data Protection
Earn PH collects and processes your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available separately on the platform. By registering and using Earn PH, you consent to the collection and processing of your data as described in that policy.
Personal information collected by Earn PH is used solely for the purposes of operating your account, processing transactions, verifying your identity, complying with legal and regulatory requirements, and improving the platform's services. Earn PH does not sell your personal data to third parties.
You have the right to request access to the personal data Earn PH holds about you, to request corrections to inaccurate data, and to request deletion of data where permissible under applicable law. Contact the Earn PH support team to exercise any of these rights.
12 Limitation of Liability
Earn PH provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure continuous, uninterrupted service, we cannot guarantee that the platform will always be available, error-free, or free from delays — particularly given the nature of internet connectivity in the Philippines.
Earn PH shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from: interruptions in service due to technical maintenance or unforeseen outages; connectivity issues on the player's end; errors made by the player in placing bets or navigating the platform; losses resulting from a player's own gambling decisions.
To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, Earn PH's total liability to you for any claim arising from the use of the platform shall not exceed the amount of your total deposits in the 30-day period preceding the claim.
13 Amendments to These Terms
Earn PH reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, the revised date at the top of this page will be updated. For significant changes, Earn PH may also notify players via email or a notification upon login.
It is your responsibility as an Earn PH player to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with a change, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.

If you have questions about any part of these Terms, or if you believe Earn PH has not applied them fairly in relation to your account, the first step is to contact our customer support team. If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct contact with support, Earn PH has an escalation process that allows unresolved complaints to be reviewed by a senior compliance representative. Details of this process are available from the support team on request.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any disputes arising under these Terms that cannot be resolved through Earn PH's internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
